Reviews of unique products are becoming much more frequent here at PimpRig. More and more specialty products are arriving on a daily basis, and today is no different. With all the true stories of the spam, spyware, and viruses running rampant on the internet, security is becoming more of a solid business. One business that is helping keep companies safe with their services is Jackson Backup. They have refined internet back up solutions for company's world wide and have created something unique for a more secure personal computing experience. Lucky for me, I was the recipient chosen to do the review of this unique product from Jackson Backup.
Jackson Backup has spent the last 10 years specializing in data protection, archiving, and recovery solutions. While they were working in these fields they created new and innovative ways to work with their client's needs and demands. Jackson currently has these services:
With all this experience it's no wonder why they have created what I would like to call the ultimate hardware tool for a secure PC. They stand behind their name and even put a rock solid GUARANTEE on their services. This sounds very promising for a review of just a little PCI card. That's not just any PCI card though, this little card records changes made to the primary drive/partition and if you wish all you have to do is reboot and all the changes that were made are gone! Install a virus… Gone. Install a bad driver… Gone. Install spyware… Gone. Install that update for BF2… Gone, wait… What! Hmm, seems like this could be a problem for some users but I will let you, the reader, be the judge of that.

I came home to a bubble envelope from Jackson Backup LLC shipped via USPS. When I pulled it out of the mailbox I herd something rattling inside. I instantly flashed back to when I shipped a custom mouse pad to a friend in the same kind of envelope, it arrived in 4 pieces but I shipped with UPS ground that comes with a $100 insurance for free. Once opened my fears were confirmed. The contents were smashed somehow, the CD case was broken and the status of the Armor Card was unknown until tested.
Well after the initial install I could not get the card to boot. I passed this on to GlitterKill and BigAkita, and without any questions from Jackson Backup there was another one on the way with the request that I return the broken one.
