I am moving to AM2 because it will support the Phenom.
I am waiting till the Phenom is out for a while but will consider it.

Intro

Next up from the pimps over at Xoxide are the Logisys Alien Computer Speakers. Now I have mentioned this before about the owners of Xoxide. They do go to great lengths to find the latest and greatest. I have to be honest that I was very skeptical about these speakers being all alien shaped. They look awfully close to Alienware cases.

Now some of you might not know this but Logisys is a supplier to many shops on the net. Logisys motto is "We do different". Every thing they supply is different and not like following trends like the original Antec clone wars. But enough of this babble, lets take at close look at what Xoxide is offering this time.

    Package

What you see is what you get, this is the package sent as is. No outer layer, no beige box, and no extra protection. I was curious as how well this was packaged. From the side you can see the two colors available, SP600BK which is black and SP600SL which is this package silver. The specs are clearly labeled on this side as well.

Upon opening the box I found that every thing was nice and tight in the foam inserts. So there was no need for extra packaging. Keep in mind this does cut cost for the end user. Inside we can see the satellites and sub. Stashed in-between the two satellites was the cords and user manual.

The equipment was wrapped in plastic for shipping.

Everything is uncovered and looking nice and clean.
